Position summary:
To direct the overall management of the sales force, Developing and executing full strategic sales and marketing plans for assigned unit (Industry) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction that result in a commercially viable business.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Customer Coverage:
- Lead and support Sales team and make sure they perform frequent customer calls (as assigned), build a strong business relation with customers, resolve conflicts and urgently handle customer requests, as well as increase customer database by adding new customers in order to achieve sales target and generate revenues.
- Market Development:
- Develop and adopt sales strategies to provide direction and assist sales representatives in improving product sales while maximizing price realization leading to overall segment growth.
- Sales Generation:
- Manage the Sales team to develop strategic sales and marketing plans and programs for assigned business unit product activities to ensure sales growth and market penetration.
- Financial Management:
- Ensure that all perimeters and planned objectives meet the monthly, quarterly and annually set targets are effectively managed, to assist in unit overall performance.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare the month end closing, financial statements on time to show the company financial position.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Promote the drive for continuous improvement within area of responsibility, taking a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring risks and issues are identified, addressed and reported and, where appropriate, escalated.
- Reporting & Data Analytics:
- Deliver timely sales analytics and reporting that provides insights on areas of risk, areas of improvement to enable proactive planning for recommendations and mitigation.
- Team Management:
- Manage individuals or teams by ensuring that all team members understand their KPIs, are well trained, and adequately, recognized and supported to keep morale and motivation levels high for increased engagement to meet departments objectives.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional Membership in Engineering Council.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years work experience in Business development/ sales
- Minimum 3 years work experience in managing teams
- Minimum 2 years work experience in local market
- Minimum 2 Years in a Global/Multinational or Diversified Group

Position summary:
- Oversee and monitor company’s overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity, In addition, develop and maintain good relationships with vendors and distributors.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Suppliers Communication
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with suppliers, vendors, and shipping contacts throughout the procurement lifecycle and engage suppliers in identifying potential issues, resolutions and opportunities, and develop communication solutions that create value, decrease problems.
- Supply Negotiation
- Negotiate shipping prices and transportation arrangements with contracted providers, negotiate contracts and rates with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs house brokers, warehouse managers and related third-party logical service providers, beside ensure that appropriate import and export compliance procedures are followed by employees and contracted service providers.
- Policies, rules and regulations
- Execute industry standard policies related to quality, safety, and process improvements and understand Sudanese Customs and Border Protection practices and INCOTERMS, as well as to ensure that designated freight forwarders and customs house brokers follow established processes and procedures.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Generate metrics and reporting functions with the support of Inventory control and purchasing manager and provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to provide stakeholders with actionable data and insights regarding current stock levels by category and location.
- Risk Management
- Conduct risk assessments with the support of Inventory control and purchasing manager on product perishability, supply trends, demand factors and at-risk product mitigation, reduce product obsolescence through inventory reviews and re-balancing efforts and maintain a total cost perspective with a lean manufacturing mindset beside identifying obsolescence drivers and effectively communicate solutions to third-party logistics providers.
- Performance Analysis
- Conduct monthly capacity and performance analysis to ensure that forecasts and schedules are aligned and integrated and execute demand flow verification processes, engage in short- and long-term planning and conduct inventory analyses for warehouse utilization and manufacturing coordination.
- Team Collaboration
- Interact and coordinate with the sales team Engineering and Manufacturing and Interface with multiple departments responsible for the product – engineering, operations, finance, sales etc. to ensure all requirements are met.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:

- Accredited in Engineering Council
- Professional Membership in supply chain
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years work experience in Supply Chain Environment.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in supervising teams
