1 – Administration Facility Officer

Job Summary:

supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing electromechanical works like power generators, UPSs, wiring, sockets, outlets, HVAC, carpentry, tiling, false ceilings …etc. Supervising & coaching the maintenance crews by determining workloads and schedules. Ensure that safe work practices and operating procedures have been followed. Ordering materials and supplies and control them

Qualification & Requirement:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services) from a recognized university.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management and/or engineering design and maintenance
  • Clearance of national service

2 – Purchase and Contracts Assistant

Job Summary:

The purpose of this function is to negotiate, coordinate, search, organize and file all procurement related to overhead expenses and Capital Expense. Implement the Bank procurement policies and procedures through processes the purchase requests from different departments and source, review, negotiate & procure materials and services in compliance with the set policies and procedure.

Qualification & Requirement:

  • BSc in administration or any relevant field
  • 1-2 years’ experience in administration preferably in procurement
  • Clearance of national service

3 – Store & Archive Assistant

Job Summary :

Administrative Assistants performs basic functions related to direct, logistics, Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems. The Storekeeper is responsible for all warehouse operations activities including shipping and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseas

Qualification Requirement :

  • Bachelor degree in Administration or any relevant fields
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience with proven track record in administration preferably within logistics Management field.
  • Clearance of national service

4 – Safety and Security Monitoring Assistant

Job Summary :

  • Responsible for security coverage of all Bank personnel and properties. Ensures that all locations are properly provided with security personnel and coordinates staff for coverage in assigned areas of the department, and is required to be fully knowledgeable and skilled in all areas of Security and Safety.
  • Maintain effective contingency reports in case of any incidents. Staff and work Supervision.
  • Collaborates with management to develop, prepare, and implement safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates the safety and security programs to promote and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of safety and security programs.
  • Reviews current safety training and recommends revisions, improvements, and updates.
  • Submits recommendations for improvements and additions to the safety management program including emergency preparedness, accident prevention, general safety, and risk management.

Qualification Requirement :

  • BSC. in Information Technology.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in operation CCTV , Fire Alarm and Access control Systems.
  • HSE certification
  • Clearance of national service

5 – Call center Agent

Job Summary:

  • Handling incoming telephone calls efficiently and ensuring service levels are met as per defined policy and procedures

Qualification Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Holder
  • Experience from 0 to 2 years.
  • Clearance of national service
