Training period: 3 Months (Paid)
University Degree: BSc. Degree or Diploma
Major: Engineering, IT, Computer Scienece, or any related filed.
Experience: Not Required.
Required Skills

Ability to effectively learn and aquire new knowledge and
skills.
What will you be doing?
• Offer 24/7 customer services to clients (Banks, ATM users and
cardholders, private sector vendors) through ticketing system,
this service includes:
1 – Cards issues management.
2- Handling queries on card not received.
3- Managing lost card calls.
4- Managing calls for re-issue of cards.
5- Enquiries of ATM and POS locations.
6- ATM/POS usage queries.
• Opens and update trouble tickets as necessary, tracking all
customer issues.
• Coordinates with others in the center as appropriate and per-
forms follow-up with customers if necessary.
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
Any other related duties assigned by direct manager/supervisor.
