Job Title : Empowerment Program Manager
We are seeking a talented and experienced Program Manager to join our team as an Empowerment Program Manager at DAL Food
With the trend of companies globally moving towards sustainable development and for the company to be inclusive of all social group, there’s a special need to focus on women and persons with disabilities. There are opportunities for us to grow in the mentioned areas through empowering these two segments through a variety of projects to build their capacity, sustain their income and develop them in a way to meet their daily life needs. In order to do so we have come up with the position of Empowerment Program manager to look after all women and persons with disability projects across the company and to come up with new initiatives to support the two segments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide program development advisory services and develop programs in the area of Economic Empowerment
- Finalize the annual work plan and budget and manage their implementation
- Provide technical advice to partners; oversee the provision of technical guidance by the team.
- Manage the process of monitoring the program/ project implementation of activities and finances.
- Manage the program budget and finalize financial reports
- Develop and implement partnerships and resource mobilization strategies
- Represent DAL FOOD in meetings and policy dialogues on issues related to economic empowerment
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- 5 Years’ experience in a relevant field is a must.
Technical Skills Required:
- People Management
- Ability to collaborate and get the best out of others
- Problem-solving ability and critical reasoning skills
- In depth knowledge of MS Project
- Good communication skills
- In depth understanding of project budgeting

Job Title : CSI Project Manager
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team as a CSI Project Manager at DAL Food
This role is critical in the execution of ambitious and aggressive projects, investment operations and initiatives of the social partnership programs and portfolio. The role is primarily a project manager, but will also be responsible for providing team support and event management activities across the Corporate communication department.
Job Responsibilities :
– Manage Projects from initiation to implementation
– Manage stakeholders’ expectations
– Write proposal
– Create and build new partnerships with NGOs and Donors
– Manage project teams
– Coordinate meetings with department heads to discuss new projects
– Present projects and initiatives to HODs
– Coordinate efforts to help implement new projects and assess current ones
– Create Business plan
– Create Activity plan
– Create Yearly budget for Projects
– Travel nationally to assess new areas and projects
– Manage and coordinate efforts for Dal Cultural form Events
– Liaise and coordinate with Media section
– Monitor and evaluate project related media coverage
– Liaise and coordinate with Content creation section
– Coordinate charity events with external partners
– Represent DAL and Social partnerships in external settings
– Coordinate with In-house brands to get events sponsored
– Coordinate with the internal agency to get sponsorships and publication done.
– Fund Raising for social impact initiatives
– Coordinate with In-house brands to get events sponsored
– Coordinate with the MSU to get sponsorships and publication done.

Job Title : Sustainability Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
– Manage end-to-end projects, within budget, on schedule, and adhere to the high-quality standards set by the United Nations Global Compact.
– Projects and deliverables include:
1.Annual Sustainability Report,
2.Annual Communication On Progress (COP) report
– Project manage and drive improvements in DAL Food’s responses to stakeholder CSR surveys.
– Manage DAL Food’s Sustainability website and social media content.
– Benchmarking to drive innovation and enhancements.
– Conduct regular benchmarking for core deliverables (Sustainability and Annual reports, CSR surveys, webpages,
etc.) and identify and implement enhancements to ensure deliverables meet team’s needs and standards.
– Understand and respond to requirements and trends in the Sustainability communications area (GRI standards).
– Act as DAL Food’s Sustainability Communications Focal Point.
– Coordinate with other functional areas including procurements, Banking relations, Learning & Development
Communications to support additional initiatives (training, internal communications, etc.).
– Create and maintain detailed schedules in conjunction with Sustainability related Subject Matter Experts and other
functional areas such as Communications, Procurement, HSE and others.
– Provide detailed reports to the Sustainability & Social Impact Manager on project status, risk assessment and
recommended enhancements to programs, and completion of project tasks and/or deliverables.
– Develop content and drive completion of Sustainability communications and Social Impact reporting deliverables,
including managing dependencies among cross- functioning teams.
– Maintain responsibility for the quality checks through all stages of each project.
Required Qualifications:
