The new branch in Manshia will welcome students from September 2021 and its designed to accommodate Science Lab, Music Studio, and Swimming Pool, plus prestiges state of the art classes. Job Purpose:

To oversee/lead whole school education and management activities, ensure continuous improvement and to implement positive changes to enhance our student and staff experience using both Montessori and Glenn Doman.

Responsibilities

· Lead, inspire and motivate staff, provide strategic, dynamic and professional leadership and management interventions by adapting school implementation plans
· Oversee the evaluation of existing programs and practices, curriculum content and piloting of new programs.
· Adopt creative teaching and learning environment, developing life skills and an understanding of the modern world, whilst fostering the best possible learning outcomes.
· Set new performance measures for staff and pupils, ensure the right learning outcomes are attainable.
· Manage the school’s financial and human resources effectively and efficiently to achieve the school’s educational goals and priorities.
· Promote the intellectual, spiritual, moral, cultural and physical development of pupils through strong professional and personal leadership, utilizing Montessori and Glenn Doman.
· Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children & staff within the school and support the work of the lead teacher for child well being
· Actively participate and encourage staff participation in parent-teacher, as a means of developing understanding, cooperation, and respect for school objectives.
· Actively seek training and continuing professional development to meet own needs

Person Specifications:

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in education or any related discipline with a professional teaching qualification is desirable.
  Experience:
• Extensive track records with previous experience in similar capacity.
  Technical knowledge:
• Familiar with Montessori or Glennn Doman is desirable
• Able to interpret performance data to identify trends and patterns, and to direct interventions.
  Personal Qualities:
• Role model, able to lead by example and inspire other.
  Innovative
• Excellent communication and listening skills with good command of English and MS office.
• Ability to work, influence and challenge other.
